By engaging our services, you agree to our standard production terms and conditions. All projects require a signed contract and deposit before work commences.
We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise specified in writing. Client approval is required at key milestones throughout the production process.
We respect your privacy and handle all client information with strict confidentiality. Personal data is collected only for project-related purposes and is never shared with third parties without explicit consent.
We comply with GDPR regulations and maintain secure data storage practices. Clients have the right to request access to or deletion of their personal information at any time.
Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project contract. We retain copyright to all raw footage, project files, and unused materials unless otherwise negotiated.
All third-party assets (music, stock footage, fonts) are licensed appropriately for the agreed usage scope. Additional licensing fees may apply for extended usage rights.
While we maintain comprehensive insurance coverage, our liability is limited to the total project fee. We are not responsible for indirect damages or losses resulting from project delays or unforeseen circumstances.
